Pengingat Darurat: Kerjaan Bisa Berhenti, Jantung Jangan!
Woy gess! Sebentar ya, taro dulu controler ato mousenya, kita obrolan santuy tapi serius di luar urusan nge-mod game sebentar. Jadi gini, mumpung aku lagi rehat dari ribuan baris kode, aku cuma pengen curhat dari hati ke hati sama kalian semua. Kalian tau nggak sih tantangan terberat bagi kita-kita yang hobi nongkrongin monitor sampe 15 jam sehari demi cita-cita mulia (bikin sub indo game dsb)? Jawabannya bukan 'bug coding', tapi kondisi kesehatan badan sendiri gess!
Hehe! Jadi please, tetep sehat ya sobat-sobat modder dan gamer Karyain! Aku pengen kita bisa mabar sampe ubanan!”
Life Warning: Protecting the Engine Under Your Ribcage
Hold up for a second! Drop the controller, step away from the IDE, and let’s talk about something far more critical than localization pipelines. Before we roll out the next big project update, I need to have a moment of genuine advocacy for our community. We spend an incredible amount of time—often over 12 to 14 hours a day—static in our chairs, obsessively chasing bugs and perfect sentence translations. In our 20s, we feel immortal, but as we enter our 30s and beyond, our biological 'server hardware' begins to show the cumulative stress of a sedentary life. I am being deeply transparent here by sharing actual medical imagery from my recent health check-up.
I’m urging everyone reading this to prioritize your cardiovascular health. Modding is a labor of passion, and we build great things together, but there is no 'Reload Checkpoint' in biology. A life of zero physical activity, fueled by high-energy snacks and late-night coding sessions, is a ticking time bomb for the heart. Physical health directly dictates mental agility; if you want to keep producing high-quality mods for the next decade, you need a resilient 'power supply'. Your heart doesn't have an annual maintenance shutdown—it either works or it fails definitively. Treat it with the respect you would give to an expensive gaming rig.
Small systemic changes save lives: stand up every hour, swap that third energy drink for a liter of water, and commit to 30 minutes of cardio even when the deadline for a mod release is looming. Efficiency at the cost of your health is a failing business model.
I may be a modder, but I’m a human being first. I share my medical scare because if I can influence one developer or one dedicated gamer in our community to take a walk today, I have succeeded more than if I finished a thousand lines of translation. Stay active, stay hydrated, and stay healthy so we can continue gaming for decades to come. To your health!
